Fees & Payment Policy
Annual Registration
An annual registration fee of $55 per family, must be paid prior to the first lesson to cover administration, insurance and music copyright.
Payment of Fees
Fees may be paid by cash, electronic transfer or direct debit. Cash should be placed in an envelope with your child’s name, the term / invoice number and the amount you are paying clearly marked on the front. This envelope should be given to either the class teacher or the person manning the desk. Details for paying by electronic transfer are provided on the invoice for each term. We try to be as flexible as we can and allow payments to be tailored to what suits each family.
Missed Classes
Overhead costs continue regardless of how many students attend classes, therefore there can be no refunds for classes not attended. Instead, students are encouraged to attend make-up classes on another day of the week. We request that you do not interrupt class with fee enquiries.

Safety and Welfare Policy
To protect the safety and welfare of our students and parents, Studio 23 has the following policies & values...
Nut-Aware Policy
As some students have nut allergies, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing nuts and foods containing nuts to dancing.
No Bullying
Studio 23 provides a safe and non-discriminatory place for all students, parents and teachers. Bullying is not acceptable and any such behaviour will not be tolerated.
Punctuality
Being on time for class is very important. All students must be ready to dance at least five minutes before the start of class. Late students miss work they have paid for and interrupt other students in the class.
Personal Belongings
We ask students to take care of their personal belongings. Studio 23 will not take any responsibility for property that is lost or stolen.
Parent Watching
We encourage parents to stay out of the studio while your child is dancing. This is due to limited space to accommodate students and parents, and to limit distraction. If you would like to watch your child’s class, please have a peak from the window.
Commitment to Concert
We understand lessons are missed due to illness and/or holidays or for other reasons. We do ask however, that attendance is adhered to. This is a great benefit to the students staying on top of their routines throughout the busy concert season. If a student misses 3 or more lessons during concert time, the teacher may move the student off stage for parts of the routine.
Photography and Videography
We aim to protect the safety of all our students so ask families and teachers to refrain from posting images to social media which include other students. When enrolling, we ask that all parents notify us if they wish for their child to not appear on our social media platforms.
Parking
Parking for our morning classes can be difficult. There are only 3 allocated car spaces at the Official Studio - spots with the number ‘5’. Other car park spots must not be used. During the afternoon we have more flexibility with parking. Please consider the homes and businesses around our studios when dropping off and picking up.
Please contact Miss Beth if you have any particular concerns or would like to discuss this further.
